i am a bookworm wanted a bright, fun, extendable series with a leaning towards the American mass market, featuring a different novelty on every spread. I developed a party themed concept, with silly rhyming text about animals that don’t dress to their stereotypes. These books are for the kids that want to party their own way!

I sketched illustration briefs for Mel, created cutter guides for flaps and movements, and commissioned paper engineer Helen to make the pop-up.
